• Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and market.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Content you provide, such as the video footage and details you submit for production.
• Usage information, such as basic logs and analytics about how the service is used.
• Viewer inquiries submitted through the lead and contact forms on your Local Station pages.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the service, produce and publish your videos, process payments and subscriptions, send you service-related communications, respond to inquiries, and improve and secure the service.

If you are an agent, your public profile (your name, headshot, and embedded videos) is featured on your Local Station neighborhood pages so local buyers and sellers can find you. How long that featuring continues after your plan lapses or you cancel is governed by the 90-day showcase window described in our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service, including with: Stripe (payment processing), YouTube and similar platforms (publishing your videos at your direction), and service providers that help us send email and run our infrastructure. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Viewer inquiries and leads

A core purpose of the service is connecting interested viewers with agents. When a visitor submits a contact or home-value form on an agent's Local Station page, the information they provide is shared with that agent so the agent can follow up. If you are a viewer submitting such a form, you are consenting to be contacted by the relevant agent.

Once your information has been shared with an agent, how they store and use it is up to them, under their own privacy practices, not Local Station's. If you'd like an agent to stop contacting you, the quickest path is to tell that agent directly. You can also email us at hello@localstation.tv and we'll help where we can.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a limited set of cookies and analytics to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
